Using Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your command center. After logging in:

  1. Go to /dashboard and sign in with your email and password
  2. See your AI agent status, recent activity, and quick stats at a glance
  3. Use the tabs to switch between Messages, Knowledge Base, Settings, and Usage
Tip: Bookmark your dashboard for quick access.

Viewing Messages & Intakes

When callers or chat visitors leave information, it shows up in your dashboard:

  • Messages tab -- See every chat conversation and phone call transcript
  • Intakes tab -- View lead capture forms, appointment requests, and caller details
  • Click any message to see the full conversation thread
  • Messages are sorted newest-first so you never miss a lead

Editing Your Knowledge Base

Your AI's knowledge base is what it uses to answer questions. Keep it current:

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base tab in your dashboard
  2. Q&A pairs -- Add common questions and the answers you want your AI to give
  3. Bulk import -- Paste multiple Q&A pairs at once to save time
  4. Rescan website -- Click to pull fresh content from your website
Tip: Add Q&A entries for your most-asked questions to get the best results.

Customizing Voice & Greeting

Make your AI sound just right for your brand:

  1. Go to Settings in your dashboard
  2. Voice -- Choose from 18+ voices (male, female, British, American, and more)
  3. Greeting -- Set the first thing your AI says when answering a call or chat
  4. Business hours -- Configure your schedule so the AI adjusts its behavior after hours
Tip: Use the Test Playground to preview your AI before going live.

Checking Usage & Minutes

Stay on top of your plan usage:

  • Usage tab -- See your voice minutes used this billing cycle
  • Track chat conversations, phone calls, and leads captured
  • View a breakdown of minutes by day
  • If you're near your limit, consider upgrading to a higher tier for a lower per-minute rate
Overage rates: $0.75/min (PhoneGenie), $0.50/min (Pro), $0.35/min (Enterprise).

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does setup take?
Enter your website URL, our AI scans it automatically, and your chat widget and phone agent are ready to go. Setup is fast and no technical skills are needed.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
What happens if I go over my voice minutes?
Your AI keeps working -- calls are never dropped. Overage minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate: $0.75/min (PhoneGenie), $0.50/min (PhoneGenie Pro), or $0.35/min (Enterprise). You can track usage in your dashboard to avoid surprises.
Do I get my own phone number?
Yes. Voice plans (PhoneGenie and above) include a dedicated business phone number. You can forward your existing number to it, or use it directly.
Can the AI book appointments?
Yes. Your AI can capture appointment requests, collect caller details, and send you notifications. Integration with popular scheduling tools is coming soon.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data. Our platform is designed with HIPAA-conscious practices for healthcare clients. Your business data is never shared or used to train AI models.
How do I add the chat widget to my website?
After signup, you'll get a small code snippet to paste into your website. It's one line of JavaScript -- works on any website, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or custom HTML.
